It is the same as 4 cocacola, 1 hamburger, pizza, and chicken. If you have a difficult time learning kendo class.. That’s ok! . Maybe you will lose weight and become slim faster.
Third, Kendo relieves stress. This sport use bamboo blade and hit. So you will have a hobby and relieve stress at the same time.
